G4SKLINS offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you're not completely satisfied with the quality, craftsmanship, or condition of any item in your order, we will provide a refund or exchange at our discretion.

This guarantee applies to both standard and custom products, with some limitations for custom-designed items as outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

You may be eligible for a return and refund in the following circumstances:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Products with manufacturing defects or workmanship issues
  • Damaged Products: Items that arrive damaged or with missing parts
  • Incorrect Items: Products that differ from what you ordered
  • Change of Mind: Products returned in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact

3. Return and Refund Timeframe

To be eligible for a return and refund, you must notify us of your intention to return a product within:

  • 30 days of receiving your order for standard products
  • 7 days of receiving your order for issues related to damage or manufacturing defects

After receiving your return request, we will provide instructions for returning the product. All returned items must be received by us within 14 days of our approval of your return request.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

Return Request Process:

  5. Ship the Item: Package the item securely with all original tags and packaging, include the RA# visibly on the outside of the package, and send it to the address provided in the return instructions.
  6. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. This typically takes 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

5. Return Shipping

Shipping costs for returns are handled as follows:

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: G4SKLINS will cover the cost of return shipping for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or sent incorrectly.
  • Change of Mind Returns: For returns due to change of mind or other non-defect reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For returns where G4SKLINS covers shipping costs, we will either arrange for pickup or provide a prepaid shipping label. Returns sent without prior authorization or to an incorrect address may not be eligible for refund.

6. Refund Methods and Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

7. Exchanges

For exchanges, G4SKLINS will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item to you once we have received and inspected the returned product.

8. Custom and Personalized Products

Due to their unique nature, custom-designed or personalized products (including items with monogramming or custom hardware) are subject to special conditions:

  • Custom products with manufacturing defects or that significantly differ from approved designs are eligible for refund or replacement
  • Custom products that meet the specifications you approved are not eligible for return due to change of mind
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance are inherent in handcrafted products and are not considered defects

Each custom return request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

9. International Returns

For international orders, the same general return policy applies, with the following additional considerations:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with returning items
  • Return shipping costs for defective products will be handled on a case-by-case basis
